WARRANTY
All Sprite of the Night products are warranted to be free from defects in workmanship or materials for a period of one year from the date of purchase.
Within the warranty period, we will refund or replace any product that fails during normal use. It is the company's sole discretion whether to replace or refund the product dependent on individual use and circumstances.
Replacements will be made at no charge to the customer, save shipping costs. A dated order confirmation or sales receipt is required as proof of purchase for any warranty claims.

PRODUCT CARE
Sprite of the Night therapy dolls should be hand washed only. This can be done by loosening any surface dirt or debris, then spot-treating. Spot-treat by placing a small amount of gentle dish soap on a damp cloth, then dab and clean any spots or stains on the doll. It's best to blot (not rub), then soak up any remaining moisture with a clean, dry towel.
PRODUCT SAFETY & CPSC REQUIREMENTS
Sprite of the Night takes product safety seriously and provides only products designed and manufactured to the highest standards. Our products have been rigorously tested and evaluated by independent laboratories and meet all safety requirements of the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC). It has also been inspected and registered in the United States by the PA Department of Labor and Industry, Reg. No. PA-100762 (CN).
Each therapy doll is crafted and designed for 3-12-year-olds, so parents need to be aware that the bow and arrow could present a choking hazard if removed by younger children.
All Sprite of the Night dolls have been manufactured in Dongguan, China (first batch number PB221203), and are distributed in the United States by Sprite of the Night (Lehi, Utah) and Brigham Distributing (110 S. 800 W., Brigham City, Utah, 84302). The product was manufactured October, 2022 and passed all ASTM and CPSIA test fields by an independent testing laboratory: U.S. CPSC Lab ID: 1026.
